Refund policy

At Trackside Karting Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

• You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be in original condition and uninstalled.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical items, special orders, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

• Any product that shows signs of installation or use cannot be returned.
